Buyer Beware, Contractor Beware, Investor Beware!
Do not do business with Eric Sanchez who owns A Home Care Renovations. His integrity and professionalism are subpar. His communication is very weak and lacking. He will ghost you and just send you to collections without trying to discuss the payment. I left vacation early to come home and get a cashiers check to him and he ghosted me when I asked where to deliver it to. He didn’t have any way to electronically pay at the time, he does now.
