Raleigh Contractors and Raleigh Investors
Beware, Contractor Beware, Investor Beware!
Do not do business with Eric Sanchez who owns AHome Care Renovations. His integrity and professionalism are subpar. I hired him to do a renovation of a house that I was flipping. He gave me an estimate for the entire renovation which looked fine. He started the demolishing and completed around Christmas week. I was out of town that week but I left vacation early to come home and get a cashiers check to him and he ghosted me when I asked where to deliver it to. He didn’t have any way to electronically pay at the time.

He is billing me for work that he did not do. My original contract with him was to do the complete renovation. He did the demo, then ghosted me when I tried to pay him. Now he is trying to take me to court for the entire renovation when all he did was the demo.
After he ghosted me I had to scramble to find a new contractor who completed the renovation and I paid as agreed.
Eric Alvarez’s communication is very weak and lacking. He will ghost you and just send you to lawyers without trying to discuss the payment, maybe because he thinks the Raleigh courts will side with a foreigner.

Very unprofessional and difficult to work with. Don’t do work with
Eric Sanchez of AHome Care Renovations.
